Policy

Payments:

After your service, all payments are due in cash only. If not cash, all digital (Cash app or Pay pal) payments require an extra $3 fee. I’m sorry, but I do NOT except Apple pay, Zelle, Venmo, etc.

Before you receive a booking confirmation, you must pay a required $20 deposit fee. The deposit will going toward your final cost of service.

All deposits are NON- refundable. If in any scenario, I have to cancel an appointment your deposit will be refunded!

After your service all payment are NON- refundable.

Appointments:

There will be a 15 min grace period, if you exceed 20 min upon your appointment time there will be a required $20 late fee. Anything after 25 min your appointment time will be rescheduled!

We’re all human ladies, so if you can’t make it to your appointment please try to give me a call within 24 hours upon your appointment, I will try to work with you as best as I can. However, in the scenario of a NO CALL NO SHOW’S you’re no longer able to book again!

Squeeze in appointments: SIA are appointments booked within 24hours, and there is a required fee. Ladies I do have other things on my schedule that are non hair related, therefore squeeze could be a lot on my schedule. Please please please try to book ahead of time!

  • SIA are an extra $50 and should be included in your deposit fee!

Virus:

For universal safety precautions that keep you and I safe, PLEASE wear a mask upon your appointment time.

There’s so many new viruses and colds going around! If you’re feeling any symptoms of sickness please contact me ASAP. We can then move forward to get your appointment rescheduled.

If any signs of abrasions, rashes, ringworm, or any open wounds in that nature, I will not service you and you’ll be referred to a physician.

Hair policy:

Your hair must be at least 4 inches in order to book. If your hair is almost 4 inches or your just unsure send me a picture of your hair at 980-263-8488.

Your hair must be FRESHLY washed and blow dried, please arrive with absolutely NO oils or products in your hair (This affect the overall style). Silk presses, natural styles, and tape-ins are the only three styles that includes a wash with service. *If needed I can wash and blow your hair although it is an add on service and is and extra $25.*

Hair is only included with any braided ponytails. You must bring your own hair for any other style. If you are unsure of what kind of hair to get I have some recommendations in my highlights!

Extra Info:

Appointment times are estimated, depending on your hair density, times could differ.

I suggest to try to arrive presentable whereas I do take photos. (If not its okay ;)
